- 170 g L’Extra Brie cheese
- 190 g OKA cheese
- 200 g Agropur Grand Cheddar cheese
- 160 g Cambozola cheese
- 400 g OKA L’Artisan cheese
Garnishes
- Walnuts
- Olives
- Cranberries or cherry tomatoes
- Smaller wild mushrooms of your choice
- Grissini breadsticks
- Slices of fresh French bread
Preparation
- Layer the pieces of cheese from the largest on the bottom to the smallest on the top.
- Add the savoury garnishes as you build the tower, using toothpicks or wooden skewers to secure complimentary garnishes to these succulent fine cheeses.
- You can also add festive decorations such as bows, pinecones and tinsel to make your cheese tower sparkle with hints of the season!
