The cheese in this fondue gets savoury green sparkle from the addition of cilantro and lime, and is accompanied by cool and warming flavour combos that may remind you of seaside taste experiences. Refreshingly unexpected, each of these combinations reveals rich dimensions of flavour in our Fromalp Swiss Fondue cheese blend.
- 400 g Fromalp Swiss Fondue – add zest and juice from ½ of a fresh lime + 3 tbsp of chopped cilantro. Adjust to taste.
- 170 g Fromalp Swiss Fondue – add ½ tsp of lime zest and 1 tbsp of fresh lime + 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro. Adjust to taste.
