Description
For this mildly spiced fondue, infused with Sriracha and Cajun spice, we recommend a flavourful mix of “Fire & Ice” inspired dipping combos. Some are warm and savoury, others cool and mildly sweet, to enhance and contrast the rich flavour of our Fromalp Swiss Fondue cheese blend.
Ingredients

Quick tip:

  • Choose the 170 g format of Fromalp Swiss Fondue for a flavoursome snack or a fun appetizer.
  • 400 g Fromalp Swiss Fondue – add 20 ml of Sriracha sauce + 2 tsp of Cajun spices. Adjust to taste.
  • 170 g Fromalp Swiss Fondue – add 10 ml of Sriracha sauce + 1 tsp of Cajun spices.

Combos :

  • toasted bagel + smoked salmon + roasted red onions
  • cucumber + green apple + fresh herbs
  • roasted red pepper + roasted sweet potato
