The natural sweetness of pear, simply dressed with spiced-kissed honey, is the perfect foil for our lightly salty Brie.
For two servings:
- 150 g Brie Agropur Import Collection
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) liquid honey
- 10 ml (2 tsp ) freshly grated ginger
- 3 ml (½ tsp) grated nutmeg
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 pear, firm but ripe, cut into 4 wedges
- In a bowl, mix together the honey and spices, toss the pear wedges in this mixture to coat them, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
