Kids will enjoy making these charming treats, and discovering the grown-up flavour of fresh chèvre.
Per person :
- 10 g Chèvre des Alpes nature 125 g
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) ground or finely chopped pistachios
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) ground or finely chopped almonds
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fennel seeds
- Form the cheese into small balls; roll in the nut and fennel seed mixture.
- Insert a popsicle stick or decorative straw into each ball and secure by pressing the mixture well onto each stick.
