Description

The Anco Gouda Light is ripened to perfection to give it a deliciously characteristic taste and contains 44% less fat than the Anco Mild Gouda. Just as all Goudas, it is a firm pressed cooked cheese, light yellow in colour with a touch of acidity and spekled with small holes. Lactose free.
