The Hickory Smoked Jarlsberg is cold-smoked over smoldering hickory chip embers, which infuses a true smoked hickory flavour to the cheese. This natural production process gives the cheese a light caramel coloured surface. The same mild, mellow and nutty Jarlsberg taste with a subtle and flavourful, smoky flavour and aroma.
